Chicken Pox. The Sequel.

I still haven't got chicken pox but my other kid, Ben, has.

Thank goodness I only have two kids.

With school holidays starting today it is perfect timing (ggrrr). I'm just hoping now that he will be better in time for all the Christmas and family activities next week.

I had planned on a 7 to 8km run today with the kids following me on their bikes but that is now out of the question. Hopefully I will have time when Sal gets home from work at midday. I prefer morning running over afternoons though. It is hard to get the motivation going when the day is half through.

Yesterday morning my dog Oscar and I had another short run. We got out before the afternoons intense heat and completed 6.1kms in 0:30:41. A little warm conditions with lots of smoke haze around it was very satisfying to get back home.

Motionbased details can be found here.

I remember the smoke haze we had here recently from the Tumut fire - 100ks away! Not pleasant running.

You look like your dad Ben - not sure if that's good or not.

Poor kids! What's the point in being sick if you can't take time off school.

Have a great Chrissy :-)

Poor munchkin. So you haven't had the Chicken Pox?? Hope you don't get them, I had them as an adult and it was awful.

Keep that running up, those extra Kgs will fall off in no time.
