Did someone mention a training plan?
As with all good plans my recent one is now in tatters.
All the running time I had planned since my last post has evaporated leaving me with only a 11.6km run on Saturday completed in 1 hour even. And a 15km run today finished in 1:20:44.
I am doing all late shifts at work this week so I should still be able to fit in some runs before Sunday. I am just planning to make them shorter with a rest next Saturday.

Plans schmans, who needs them? LOL
Looking forward to catching up with you again on Sunday (now that you know who I am hahaha!)
I wouldn't be overly concerned about it. You've put the work in up until this point, really, that's all that matters.
Catch you on Sunday.
The best plans have to be changed sometimes, that doesn't mean you will fail, just go on and don't force too much! This is like a taper week.
How exciting the Half is so close!
I love having a training plan...makes it so much easier..I just look at Mr. Palm Pilot, and that's my scheduled me time and I go. I map out 12-16 weeks at a time.
LOL what Sekhmet said...
I never plan (then again I'm not exactly tearing up the pavement with fantastic times either) - I prefer to go by the vibe of the thing - that way I don't get disappointed or opefully not injured either.
Hope you can get the right amount of sleep with those night shifts. You don't want to be standing on the start line on Sunday yawning.
good luck on Sunday mate! it's been a long road since the zoo but I know you will be thrilled with your results after your hard work!
