Happy Anniversary

January 3rd 2006. It has been twelve months since I gave up smoking. This time was actually the second attempt after a 3 month stint early 2004. I have been determined this time though an am very proud of my achievement. I encourage all that have made it a NYE resolution to keep it up.

No running today as I had to do Fire Brigade stuff this morning and work tonight.
