I have shown a few friends outside of Coolrunning my Blog and they suggested that I update the picture.
So after much stuffing around and heartache (bloody computer) I grabbed this one off a video file. It is of me after completing the 10km Olympic Dream in 2005. I had just finished explaining to my wife how I wasn't the first to finish (woohoo Steve Moneghetti) but I certainly wasn't the last!

I assume you're hooked now, on blogging that is. I've spent quite some time trying to come to grips with various HTML things (pictures, tables etc). Don't let it interfere with your running.
