Just another 11kms

Oscar and I got back to our regular 11km track yesterday. We completed it in 56:22. We were worn out when we finished but I ran all the way, It has been a week or so since I have completed that distance. It was good to get back to regular form.

Just got home from a BBQ lunch and swim with the family. We went out to Lysterfield Lake which is only about 15 minutes away from home. Looks really nice and has a few walking tracks of varying distance's. I am planning to go back for a run and explore. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed so Oscar will have to sit that one out.
